[About house of Terpsichore]

ある一人の男の昔話



長い戦争から無事に帰還した彼は、

妻と3人の娘をもうけ家族を築いた。



花屋を営んでいた彼にお金はあまりなかったが
それでも日々、質素で美しい生活を心がけた。



子どもたちと共に唄い、踊り、

幸せな時間を過ごした。



数十年後、すっかり老人となった彼は、

やがて小さなアパートメントを建てた。



そこで暮らす人々が人生を楽しく生き、

かつての自分と同じように唄い、

踊る景色を静かに想像する。



そして彼は人々が健やかで

美しい日々を過ごせますようにと願いを込めて
そのアパートメントを



『HOUSE of TERPSICHORE』

と名付けた。

-An old tale of a man-



A man returned safely from a long war.

Then his wife gave three daughters
and they built a family.



He owned a flower shop however
he wasn’t very wealthy.

Even so he tried to make a simple
and beautiful life.



He sang and danced with his daughters,
and they had a happy time.



Several decades later
when he became a fully old man,
he built a small apartment.



He imagines the people who live there,
enjoying their lives and sing,
dancing as he used to once.



And he named the apartment
“House of TERPSICHORE"
with the wishes
that the people can spend healthy
and beautiful days.
